Roger Summers Reserve Bundeena

The objectives of this project were to enhance the condition,
safety, and amenity of the playground and reserve, creating a
more accessible and welcoming space for all users. This included identifying ways to improve the recreational qualities of the area to attract future funding while retaining the natural bush character of the reserve and limiting the need for shade. The project aimed to improve the overall user experience by addressing passive surveillance and providing design solutions that enhanced visibility and security. Ultimately, the goal was to create a vibrant, inclusive recreational playground that boosted social interaction, visual appeal, and environmental quality, enriching the community's well-being and fostering long-term sustainability.
