Precinct F Playground - Shell Cove 

The project involved the construction of a playspace, starting with earthworks to prepare the site for development. Essential services were then installed, including stormwater drainage, subsoil drainage, and potable water systems, ensuring the site's functionality. The hardworks phase followed, involving the laying of concrete paths, paving, and edging, as well as the placement of sandstone blocks and boulders for both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. Play equipment was installed to offer engaging activities, while park furniture was added to provide seating and relaxation areas. The softworks phase included soil preparation, followed by the planting of trees, shrubs, and turf, along with the application of mulch to improve both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the space.
